1. the distance covered by a body in each second exceeds the distance covered by it in the previous second by a. If it covers a distance a/2 in first second from start, total distance covered in first t seconds of the motion is

sir please explain me the formula you will use to solve this!!!

2. Two forces (p+q) and (p-q) make an angle 2β with one another and their resultant makes an angle α with the bisector of the angle between them. Then the value of p ⁄ q is

Sir the answer is 2tanβ ⁄ tanα.

line AB intersects CD internally in the ratio K : 1  where K is undefined , these line may be  ( 1) concurrent  ,   (2)  intersecting ,  (3) skew  <  (4)  all of these .     explain plese   ?

I think it will be skew because skew lines do not intersect in real points

show that line perpendicular to x-axis and a line perpendecular to y-axis having slope multipication  -1

Angle between two lines is given by the formula

tanθ = (m1-m2)/(1+m1m2)

solve this by taking θ = 90
